1. Data Collection
RamsIN Pro does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers. All projects, profile details you enter, site documents, notes, signatures (if used), and exported PDFs are stored locally on your device only. The app functions offline unless you explicitly choose to open external links or share/export content using your own installed apps.
RamsIN Pro does not use analytics, tracking, advertising SDKs, or remote databases.
2. Permissions Used
RamsIN Pro may request the following permissions strictly for app functionality:
Camera
Used only if you choose to capture a company logo or evidence photos to include in documents or PDF exports.
Storage / Media Access
Used to save locally stored documents, attached files (if any), and exported PDF documents on your device, and to select a logo image from your gallery if supported on your device.
Internet Access (Optional) No tracking
Internet access is used only when you choose to open external links (such as the InproApps website) or share/export documents using third-party apps. RamsIN Pro does not transmit your document content to any server.
3. Document Content
RamsIN Pro is designed to help you create and manage site documents such as:
- RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements)
- Fire safety plans
- Traffic & access plans
- Toolbox talks
- Permits
- Site forms
All content you create or edit stays on your device unless you choose to export/share it.
4. Profile Data
Any profile or company details you enter (such as company name, address, contact details, and logo) are stored locally on your device to help populate document headers and PDF exports. RamsIN Pro does not upload this information to any server.
5. In-App Purchases
RamsIN Pro offers optional in-app purchases that unlock premium documents and features. Purchases are processed securely by the Google Play Store. RamsIN Pro does not collect or store your payment card details.
To enable purchases and restore access across installs, Google Play may provide RamsIN Pro with purchase and entitlement information (such as purchase status and product identifiers). RamsIN Pro stores unlock status locally on your device to keep premium access available offline.
6. PDF Export & Sharing
RamsIN Pro can generate PDF documents on your device. If you choose to share a PDF (for example by email or messaging), sharing is handled by your device’s own apps and services. RamsIN Pro does not receive or store your shared content.
7. Data Storage & Security
All data remains on your device. You may delete projects or uninstall the app at any time to remove all data. We recommend using your device’s built-in security features (PIN, fingerprint, backups) to protect your files.
8. Children’s Privacy
RamsIN Pro is a professional construction tool and is not designed for children.
9. Updates to This Policy
This policy may be updated periodically. Updates will be published at the same location.
