SurveyIN Pro does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers. All project information, photos, notes, measurements, and reports are stored locally on your device only. The app functions entirely offline unless you explicitly choose to share content using your own installed apps (such as email, messaging, or cloud services).
SurveyIN Pro does not use analytics, tracking, advertising SDKs, or remote databases.
2. Permissions Used
SurveyIN Pro may request the following permissions strictly for app functionality:
Camera
Used to capture inspection photos and timestamped photos.
Storage
Used to save photos, projects, exported reports, and generated documents on your device.
Location (Foreground Only) No background location
SurveyIN Pro may access your device’s location only while the app is in use and only when you explicitly choose to add location information to a timestamped photo or inspection item.
Location access is used solely to:
- Add optional GPS or address information to timestamped photos
- Include location details in inspection reports when the user chooses to do so
Location data is:
- Not collected in the background
- Not stored remotely
- Not shared with third parties
If you do not grant location permission, SurveyIN Pro will continue to function normally and will save photos and reports without location information.
Local Notifications & Reminders
SurveyIN Pro may use device notification features to display local reminders (such as survey or calendar reminders). These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers, and no personal information is shared.
3. Built-in Tools & Sensors
SurveyIN Pro includes optional built-in tools such as:
- Compass
- Level
- Unit Converter
- Calendar helper
These tools operate entirely on your device using system sensors or system services. No sensor data, measurements, or tool usage information is collected, stored externally, or shared.
4. Data Storage and Security
All project data, photos, notes, and reports remain stored on your device’s internal storage. SurveyIN Pro does not operate, connect to, or synchronize with external servers.
You have full control over your information and may delete projects or uninstall the app at any time to permanently remove all stored data.
5. Internet Access
SurveyIN Pro includes optional features such as:
- Sharing reports via email or third-party apps
- Opening external websites using your device’s browser
These actions rely entirely on your own installed applications and internet connection. SurveyIN Pro itself does not transmit, monitor, or track any data online.
6. Children’s Privacy
SurveyIN Pro is a professional tool and is not designed for children. It does not knowingly collect information from users of any age.
